A while ago I bought the Knippie 2 – 2015 for the first time. Normally I use patterns from the Internet, draw them myself or buy the Ottobre. But this time I liked the patterns in the Knippie a lot! Cute dresses, skirts and a cool jumpsuit. I had to add them to my to do list 😉 Here you can find a review by Rachel For Koko’s birthday I sewed the baby skirt and blouse. It came out great! I changed the pockets on the skirt and I used a ribbing fabric for the binding to the neck and sleeves from the blouse. I don’t like the combination of the shirt and blouse together… the fabrics match perfectly but I prefer a tight shirt to go with this skirt or a tight jeans with the blouse. But Koko looked like a real birthday girl in this outfit 😉
Yay! The fabrics arrived 🙂 and they look and feel great!
First I have to order some more fabric before I can start sewing the tank tops. But they will be for sale soon!
You can pre-order one if you like:

Yay! I finally found some time to create fabric patterns for Tummietown, my latest project. Some of you maybe remember I printed some robot fabric at Spoonflower last year but I didn’t like the quality of the print, after one wash the colors faded. 😦 So I ‘m looking for another company where I can print the fabrics. I’m still waiting for one of the test runs at a dutch printer but I couldn’t wait to tell you.
I still don’t know what I want to do with it exactly. Maybe sell the fabric or create kids clothes with our own prints… or both… I’m going to start with sewing a few tank tops from original Loulou & Tummie fabric for this Summer and see where it take us.
Here’s a sneak peek! Keep you posted.
